Outreach Ministry

The purpose of outreach ministry is to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) of Jesus Christ by making disciples of all the nations.

We will use every possible means and assistance to reach every man, woman and child with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We will provide assistance, education and cooperation in mission outreaches by equipping and supporting individuals and churches. We will team up with other organizations through evangelism, prayer, physical and financial support to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

These are some of the Outreach Ministries we currently support:

Missionaries - ENS supports several families through prayer and care packages.

Church Planting - Intentionally partnering with other gospel-centered, mission minded churches in our area.

Renewal Church is a new church planting that will be located in Mauldin, South Carolina. Pastor Matt Rogers will be leading this new church starting in the fall of 2009. We are excited about partnering with them as they are set to make an impact on their community and city. Trunk-or-Treat

We plan to hold another Trunk-or-Treat festival in October 2009. Last year we had a great time and enjoyed ministering to the kids from our surrounding neighborhoods. Plan to join us this year by bringing your own trunk of goodies or you can make a donation of treats and goodies for us to use. This is a great time to reach out to our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a fun time.

Vacation Bible School Outreach

This year we applied the “missional” approach to our vacation bible school. We hosted vacation bible school in one of our neighborhoods instead of at the church. We used puppets, games, crafts and treats to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to kids in familiar surroundings.
