Welcome to the Elementary Page of Attic Children's Ministry!

    This page contains information about the Elementary enviroments of the Attic children's ministry.  Attic Children's Ministry is split up into two different main age enviroments, Nursury/Preschool & Elementary.  Check out the Nursury/Preschool page to understand what enviroments are offered for children ages birth through 5 years old.  Within the Elementary environment (ages 6-12) we offer two different learning enviroments, "Seeking Him" & "Digging In".  Specific details at the bottom of the page explain what goes on in these two different Learning Enviroments.

Security Check In System

In effort to keep the children at East North Street as safe as possible we will be implementing a new security check in system from birth – 5th grade.

How it works-

Each family will be assigned a family ID card. This number will match your child’s (ren) name tag. Your child’s name tag will also contain the following information:

Name
Medical Alert-allergies, ect.
A contact number to reach the parents

You must present your ID card in order to pick up your child (ren).

Elementary aged children start out Sunday mornings in the adult worship service and are dismissed after the singing portion of the service.  Your children are dismissed with Pastor Jonathan and meet in the "Royal City" during the environment called "Seeking Him".

When you come to pick up your child, you must hand your family ID card to Pastor Jonathan or any helper in the room. He/She will make sure your ID card matches that of your child’s (ren’s) name tags and will bring your child (ren) to you. Please wait at this door until your child (ren) is brought to you. This will eliminate unnecessary traffic.

In order to make the system run smoothly we will need your cooperation.

We recognize that in a small church that we are all familiar with each other and each other’s children. However, please do your best to bring your family ID card each time you pick up your children. Lets all do our best to make this transition a success!

Seeking Him

What is "Seeking Him"?

   "Seeking Him" is our Sunday morning learning environment where we are "seeking" the  one true God through the knowledge of the 3 person's of the trinity (God the Father, God the Son, & God the Holy Spirit).  Throughout this school year where are studying the attributes of the 3 person Godhead.  Some of the attributes we are learning about God are: God is Holy, Righteous, Just, Provider, Emmanuel, Savior, Lord, Comforter, Convictor, Regenerator, etc). 

When does "Seeking Him" meet?  

   Sunday mornings from 11:00am-12:00pm

"Where does "Seeking Him meet? 

   On the basement floor in room 108

"What is my child learning in the month of January? What is the memory verse for the month?"
